Luke 1:46-49

My soul will magnify the Lord,

And in my God rejoice,
For He has seen my humble state,

And given me His voice.

From now, all generations will

Call me forever blest,

For He who is both strong and true

Has done great things and blessed.

The Mighty One has worked His will,

And holy is His name;

His mercy is on those who fear,

And on His strength we claim.

His arm has brought the proud to naught,

The low He lifts on high,

For He has done great things for me,

To Him all praise we cry

He fills the hungry with good things,

The rich He sends away;
He helps His servant Israel still,

His mercy to display.

Just as He spoke to Abraham,

And all his seed below,
His covenant shall stand secure,

Forevermore to show
